The CCTC Joint Conference is jointly sponsored by
all of the training councils in professional psychology.The agenda for the conference
includes both joint programming for all training councils and time for individual
councils to conduct programming unique to their professional area. The conference
will consist of three days of keynotes, presentations, and panel and small group
discussions, aimed at promoting interchange among members of the various councils
in attendance.
Registration and Hotel Reservations
APPIC Registration will open on Wednesday, February 10, 2-6 PM at the WEST Registration desk - Lobby Level.
Due to the enormous popularity of the 2010 Conference, we expect that the reserved block of rooms will sell out. However, there are rooms available for the conference dates and we ask all members to book their hotel room directly through the link below (Do NOT call the hotel directly).
The go button below will take you to APPIC registration. All councils are using this link in order to maximize availability of rooms for everyone. In addition, some of the dates before and after the conference may be sold out -- we encourage everyone to go ahead and book the available actual dates for the conference, and to do so as soon as possible before the cutoff date of January 18, 2010.

Here are a few things to know prior to registering.

The Conference fee is $300.00 and includes the Wednesday evening reception, as well as breakfast and lunch on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday; CE credits, audio-visual needs, the poster reception, and joint conference speaker fees. If you plan to use a credit card to register - have it ready. We accept ONLY Master Card and VISA.

You must complete the registration form in full before saving as the online system does not save an incomplete registration form.
- If you are planning to pay by check, you may do so. Do not forget to mark the checkbox in the payment section. When we receive your check in the mail, we will email you at the email address on the registration form. Your registration will be complete at that time.
- Please "print and save" your registration form to remind yourself later of the concurrent sessions you selected.
- The name used on the registration form will be the name that appears on your badge.
