Some highlights for the 2024 Conference include:

1. Keynote by Dr. Lindsay Smart, titled “Our Shared Responsibility for the Development of a Diverse, Equitable, Inclusive and Socially Responsive Behavioral Health Care Workforce”
2. Plenary by Dr. Chardée Galán, titled "Centering the Role of Training Programs in Addressing Health Disparities: Prioritizing Cultural Humility and Social Justice Approaches to Training the Next Generation of Psychologists”
3. Exceptional presentations and poster programs with focused topics connected to our Conference theme.
4. A New Training Directors (<4 years) program offered on the afternoon of Wednesday, May 29^th.
5. Updates regarding Internship Match, Postdoc Selection, AAPI and APPA.
6. Informal spaces and opportunities to discuss and share thoughts regarding advancing DEI in our training communities.
