Arizona. We provide neuropsychological assessment to individuals ages 18 and up with a wide variety of known or suspected neurological conditions. Dr. Morrone-Strupinsky specializes in dementia differential diagnosis and we see many elderly patients. You will join one second-year resident and likely a practicum student from the local university.

Dr. Morrone-Strupinsky has an open-door policy for residents to reach out to her throughout the day as needed. We meet as a team weekly to discuss topics related to neuropsychology. Dr. Morrone-Strupinsky is board certified in Clinical Neuropsychology and is eager to have residents achieve board certification, so she enjoys having residents participate in fact-finding exercises. The typical work day is Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Residents are not expected to work on weekends, but are encouraged to work efficiently during the week.

I have had residents working with me through the consortium for over a decade, and it has been very rewarding to help them emerge from the student role to become licensed psychologists. Supervising residents helps keep my perspective fresh and makes me a better psychologist. I really value the collegial relationships that continue post-residency.

Approximately 50% of the resident’s time will be spent evaluating patients. 30% will be spent report writing, and 20% will be spent in supervision and training activities.

Both Individual and Group Supervision are offered at this site.
