Position is an independent contractor which will provide clients for approximately full-time hours (you make your schedule, referrals provided). Position is a 1099 Individual Contractor- meaning PBBHW will not take out taxes for you. At this time there are no insurance benefits.

o All services you provide will be reimbursed at 60% of what is paid out. Stipend is a range and has averaged about 40,000 but depends on hours available for clinical work.

o Example week might include 1- 2 testing case(s), 15-20 private practice therapy clients, (2) hours of group supervision, (2) hours of didactics, and (2) hours of individual supervision. This is a mock example- the position is not a guaranteed financial amount, but a 60% split of the services you bill for.

• Clinical Activities: Completing psychological evaluations for local community college, sliding scale private testing, and psychotherapy (individual, family and group) in private practice setting. o Private practice clients: We will provide assistance for marketing yourself locally including adding you to our website and letting others know of your specialties in the area. We will also provide you with direct referrals. It is up to you how many referrals you receive and how much work you put into it. Part of your individual supervision includes private practice development and business consultations. • You will be provided with office space, testing materials, answering service, therapy materials, refreshments to offer your clients, use of office manager, etc.

• (2) hours of individual supervision/week provided by Florida Licensed Psychologists (including business/private practice consultation), plus the opportunity to participate in (2) hours of weekly group supervision at PBBHW offices, attend didactics in the community with a larger training team, etc.

• You must provide your own liability insurance, laptop to access electronic medical records system (scoring programs will be available for your use as well) and anything needed for therapy that PBBHW does not have on site.

• Applicants shall have completed an APA-approved or APPIC-member predoctoral internship and earned a doctoral degree in Clinical or Counseling Psychology from an APA-approved program by fall 2020.
