Crossroads Institute for Psychotherapy and Assessment is a private practice with locations in Irvine, Torrance, West Los Angeles, and Downtown Los Angeles. We focus on providing integrative psychotherapy, psychological assessment and psychiatric care to individuals across the lifespan.
Post-doctoral psychological associates at our practice maintain a caseload of patients for psychotherapy, as well as perform psychological assessments if desired. Post-doctoral psychological associates attend weekly individual and group supervision, as well as regular didactic training, staff meetings and consultation groups related to their professional development.

- Post-doctoral psychological associated are paid $38/billable hour (therapy sessions, psychological assessments), plus 20% additional pay is provided to compensate for time spent in supervision, training, etc... Our benefits for full-time post-doctoral psychological associates include: health and life insurance insurance, paid holidays, paid vacation and sick time, matched 401k, professional education stipend and free trainings (in addition to didactic training).
